PLACING ORDERS

If we are unable to supply you with a product (for example because the product is not in stock or no longer available) or if we are unable to deliver to your chosen address, or if we are unable to deliver within the delivery timescales that you have specified, then we will inform you of this by email.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel any order placed by you in person, per address or per order. This may include orders placed under the same account, payment details or the same shipping/billing address. In the event we make such changes or cancel an order, we will make every attempt to contact you. Please note this will be via the email or phone number which was provided at the time the order was placed. You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us. Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. If you receive an email asking for your personal information, username or password, or payment information, please do not respond and contact our customer service team immediately.

PRICE & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but exclusive of delivery charges. We try to ensure that all prices on display on the Website are accurate.  

 

During the order and checkout process, we will ask you for your payment details.  All payments must be made in GBP.  We accept payment by PayPal, debit and credit cards shown.  By completing your payment details you are confirming that the card being used is yours or if you are acting on behalf of a business, that you have the authority to use it.  All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.  Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order at point of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you prior to processing your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order.  Where goods are discontinued or cannot for some unforeseen reason be delivered we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to inform you of this. 

 

Once we have accepted your Order by sending you a confirmation email, you agree to pay us as set out in the Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the terms and conditions of our online payment’s provider.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNT

From time to time, Kinder Cookhouse may run promotions and offers on selected products or lines.  All our promotional offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Promo codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items that are already discounted unless otherwise stated;

• Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

• Promo codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified with the promotion.

• Promo codes may be used to pay for goods of a higher price than the promotional amount, on payment of the difference;

• Promo codes are not transferable, may not be resold or exchanged for cash;

• Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

• Promo codes cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights;

• Kinder Cookhouse will not accept liability if a promotional code is lost or stolen or damaged.

• Free Delivery promotional codes will only apply to UK Mainland orders.

• Only one promo code can be applied to each order.

• We reserve the right to refuse any promo code that we deem invalid or fraudulent.

• Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend, cancel, limit or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately by emailing kindercookhouse@gmail.com. We will endeavour to make any changes that you require.  However, this may not be possible if we have already started processing your order.  You must confirm all changes in writing to us within a reasonable time.  Please be aware that any changes to an order may result in changes to the price and to the delivery timescales.  We will inform you of these when you have made your changes.

DELIVERY

​

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Kinder Cookhouse shall receive such delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.  Kinder Cookhouse cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery and/or if there is a delay in delivery due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address that you specified.  For home deliveries, if no one is available at the address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the products have been returned to either our couriers or our premises, in which case, please contact the courier or us (as appropriate) to rearrange delivery.  Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional delivery costs that may be incurred.

We take reasonable care to ensure that the products and their packaging leave our premises in good condition.  If at the time of delivery to you, you find that the external packaging of the products is damaged and you suspect that the products are also likely to be damaged you should not accept the delivery and should hand it to the courier to return it to us. If you accept a delivery where the packaging is damaged, you must inform the courier in writing of the damaged packaging as you sign for the delivery, and take a photo of the damage prior to unwrapping the products.

Please inform us immediately by emailing kindercookhouse@gmail.com if you find that any products are damaged upon opening the packaging.

All risk in the products that you order (including risk of loss or damage to the products) shall pass to you on completion of delivery. You own the products once we have received payment in full for them, including all applicable delivery charges.

NON-RECEIPT OF GOODS

​

We ask customers to ensure that they make any claims for non-delivery within a reasonable length of time.  Claims for lost Royal Mail outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow to delays in the post, generally between 7 and 10 working days (including Saturdays). Please ensure that you have checked with your local sorting office before starting a claims process.  Claims for courier items that have not been delivered cannot be processed if reported to us more than 5 days after the original order date.

Kinder Cookhouse may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these Terms to any third party.  You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these Terms except with the specific permission in writing of Kinder Cookhouse.

No person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
